Our house sale has just been completed and Jeremy was instrumental in negotiating a very good price for it. He was on the ball from the start and chased solicitors relentlessly to ensure that the deal went through asap. His advice was excellent and helped us to achieve a price we didn't think possible. We recently used the online system to sell our house. We found the process quick and easy. We managed all the viewings and feedback online which we found alot better than traditional estate agents as we could do the viewings outside office hours. The system was similar to purple bricks with the added benefit of a local estate agent with years of knowledge and experience of the local market. We saved a fortune in commission too which is an added bonus.
