We have been instructed by the owner of Woodtown Plantation to receive offers for approximately 12 acres of the plantation which is located to the rear of Ballymaclary House on Seacoast Road and just beyond the railway line.

This parcel of wooded land is located at the end of the laneway opposite Cooley’s Bar on Seacoast Road at Magilligan on the far side of the railway line. The uppermost or north-east boundary is on the right hand side of the laneway and the land extends to the south-west adjacent to the railway line beyond Ballymaclary House.
